This place hS become a go to for me and my husband. We love the beer selection and great happy hour deals. The food is always fresh & served as ordered. Service at the bar is better than in the restaurant in my opinion. **UPDATE** Servicecat the bad is your only option. You will wait for a LONG LONG time to get food at a table. This was our 4th time visiting.

I truly wish there was an option for less than one star because that is all this place deserves.
My family and I came here for a nice, local Father's Day dinner and ,after all of the rave reviews, we were all very excited for an evening of great food in a great atmosphere. Boy, were we wrong.
We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and the place was empty. The hostess had to scramble to clean off a table for us even though there were maybe 20 patrons in there. After being seated amongst the strong fumes of Mr. Clean, we waited 15 minutes for our server to come over and take our drink order. Another 15 minutes for our drinks to come and my husbands water, the easiest of the drinks, was forgotten.
We placed our appetizer and entree order at the same time considering the now pace of the evening, who knew when we'd see our waitress again. After waiting another 15 minutes for our nachos, our waitress comes over and informs us our nachos had fallen on the floor and they were making us a fresh batch.
I never thought the word "fresh" to be a used as such a loose term. Our nachos arrived and fresh was the farthest adjective from my mind. The cheese was hard and congealed, the chips themselves closely resembled rubber, the side of guacamole was brown and the side of sour cream tasted like chemicals.
After that, we were done. My daughter and I went to the car and my husband hunted down our waitress and paid what we owed.
Never again will we visit this restaurant and it's honestly a shame how bad it was. And on a holiday like Father's Day, you'd think a restaurant like this would want to be on top of its game.
As a side note- someone should let management know that we're now in June so the air should be turned on to a reasonable temperature below 80 degrees. What a waste of a catchy name. -

Last night was Breaker's first foray into the line dancing venue & I understand they are planning on having it once a month. Line dancing & craft beer make me one happy lady!
Being their first time it was a bit chaotic in the back room. There were nowhere near enough seats or tables for the crowd (nor would there have been enough room for more with all of the dancers). There is a bar area so cocktails could be ordered however the craft beer taps are all in the main bar area. Food could be ordered but having nowhere to sit made it unappealing.
My friend & I made our way out to the main bar & on the way ran into one of the owners, Katie. I mentioned the lack of tables & seating & she opened another room with long tables & plenty of seats advising we could utilize that. As it turned out we ordered from the main bar & ate there but really appreciated the fact that she had a back up plan.
For dinner I had the Rueben sandwich with tater tots. The bartenders were attentive & personable, service was quick & food was good. My beer was delicious!
These two ladies are doing a fantastic job & obviously are willing to look outside the box. After the kinks are worked out with dancing I think they will have quite a crowd coming. In the meantime I highly recommend Breakers for good, solid food & great beer. -

We stopped in for lunch on our way back from AC. None of us had been here before so I must admit the lure was the tap count, but once inside I knew I would like this place. It was another bar in it's last form but I hear it was gutted and remodeled yet they spared the all wood very large rectangularly shaped bar.
We were perusing the tap menu, (it is on a chalk board because sixtels of craft don't last that long and revisions are frequent) when two woman sitting in front of the board summoned the beer manager over to us to give us the latest entries. We started chatting and they told us they were the two owners. They were extremely nice and welcomed us warmly. It seemed to me they qre emotionally into making this business work.
The craft beer selection was very good with an emphasis on local and NJ beers. I decided on getting a chicken wrap which isn't usually very special; pretty ordinary, right? Not this time. It was loaded with chicken, avocado, bacon. Best wrap I can remember eating. The side of slaw was excellent too.
Actually I was in the area and stopped in again two days later and enjoyed the food, friendly staff, and of course the beer.
Kinda far for me as a destination dine, but I will surely stop when in the area.
